The famous landmark on Decatur Street is frequented by tourists and locals for the rich sweet taste of one of New Orleans' finest pralines. Pierre and Diane Bagur, 2nd generation New Orleanians and the founders of Aunt Sally's, opened their first store in the 1930's and began producing special treats called pralines in a copper pot. Today, Aunt Sally's produces their fine foods in the New Orleans historic French Quarter on Decatur Street.
