Partners Larry Avery and Mark Abraham began The Big Easy Company over a decade ago selling sausage and boudin in Southwest Louisiana stores. Their popularity grew so they expanded and are now located on Ryan Street in Lake Charles, LA. Today, Big Easy Foods still sells sausage and boudin, but also offers over 30 other products including the finest wild caught shrimp, boneless chickens, tur-duc-hens, Louisiana entrees, and meat pies (empanadas).
