Pierre and Diane Bagur, 2nd generation New Orleanians and the founders of Aunt Sally's, opened their first store in the 1930's and began producing special treats called pralines in a copper pot. Today, Aunt Sally's pralines are produced in the New Orleans historic French Quarter on Decatur Street.
